Now, as an Independent Stylist, I look forward to continuing to help my clients look and feel their best. CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 48hr cancellation policy** ============================= This policy is in place to ensure that I can continue offering the best possible service and availability to all my clients. Please text/call if you need to reschedule. (941)405-5580 ā¢Any cancellations outside the 48hr window will be charged 50% of your scheduled services. ā¢NO SHOWS will also be charged 50% of their scheduled services *ā¢ Future Appointments & Rebooking Fees: Any fee collected to secure or rebook a future appointment is non-refundable. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled, the rebooking fee will not be refunded. ā¢All deposits collected go towards your scheduled appointment. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy forfeits your deposit. I understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, and I want to work with you to find a solution. All salon appointments have a grace period of 10 minutes before appointments are deemed "late", please be aware that some or all of your services may need to be rescheduled. Your experience and final result are most important to me, and I want you to leave feeling confident in your hair. If you are not fully satisfied with your results, please reach out to me directly (941)405-5580 within 7 days of your appointment so any necessary adjustments can be reviewed and addressed. Most adjustment services completed within the 7-day grace period are provided at no additional cost. **Request involving significant changes from the original consultation, additional services, or major color corrections may incur additional charges** Thank you for your understandingš¤
